Pixoul Gaming T20 Cricket Watch Party – Terms & Conditions By purchasing or using a ticket for the Pixoul Gaming T20 Cricket Watch Party, attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1) Ticket Purchase and Entry 1. Tickets may be purchased online via the official ticket link or on-site at Pixoul Gaming, subject to availability. 2. A valid ticket is required for entry. 3. Tickets may be presented in digital or printed form upon arrival. 4. Entry may be refused if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, altered, or cannot be verified. 2) Seating Policy 1. Seating is strictly first come, first served. 2. Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee a specific seat unless otherwise stated by the organizer. 3. Guests are encouraged to arrive early. Doors open at 5:15 PM. 3) Ticket Inclusions 1. Each valid ticket includes: o 1 bottle of water o 1 pack of dates o 3 free VR games 2. Ticket inclusions are valid only for the event date and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred separately, or replaced if unused. 4) Food and Beverage 1. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at Pixoul Gaming during the event. 2. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by venue management in advance. 3. Venue policies regarding food and beverage service must be followed at all times. 5) Venue and Access 1. The event will be held at Pixoul Gaming, Al Qana Walk, Rabdan, Abu Dhabi. 2. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the venue. 3. The organizer is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, parking limitations, or late arrival. 6) Guest Conduct 1. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and venue property. 2. Any disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. 3. Pixoul Gaming reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose conduct may affect the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others. 7) Event Experience 1. Match screening times, programming, and activities may be subject to change due to broadcaster schedules, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. 2. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to deliver the advertised event experience but does not guarantee uninterrupted broadcasting or gameplay availability at all times. 8) Health and Safety 1. Attendees must follow all venue rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance during the event. 2. Guests should take reasonable care of their personal belongings. Pixoul Gaming is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. 3. Participation in VR experiences is at the attendee’s own discretion. Guests should follow all instructions provided by staff before and during gameplay. 9) Photography and Media 1. The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes. 2. By attending, guests may appear in event photos or videos used by Pixoul Gaming unless otherwise restricted by applicable law. 10) Liability 1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixoul Gaming and the event organizer are not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from attendance at the event, except where caused by proven negligence. 2. Attendees enter the venue and participate in event activities at their own risk. 11) Changes, Cancellation, and Force Majeure 1. The organizer reserves the right to amend event details, schedules, inclusions, or operational arrangements where reasonably necessary. 2. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, public authority restrictions, or force majeure events, the organizer’s liability will be limited in accordance with applicable law and the stated ticketing policy. 12) Final Authority 1. All decisions made by Pixoul Gaming and event management regarding entry, seating, conduct, safety, and operations are final. 2. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
