1. What is Pixoul?
Pixoul Gaming is a state-of-the-art virtual reality (VR) and Esports hub at Al Qana, Abu Dhabi’s most exciting waterfront destination. Appealing to professional and amateur gamers alike, Pixoul Gaming is an integrated and immersive entertainment destination featuring 5 Zones, 10 VR Experiences, Esports Bar, Esports Academy, Gaming Broadcasting Studios, and an Esports Arena.
With its array of VR, retro, console, mobile, and Esports games zones, Pixoul Gaming will not only be the best facilities in the region. Still, they will also cater to the entire gaming ecosystem – from game development and education to thrilling immersive experiences, from professional solo, multi-player, and team gaming to hosting global gaming festivals.
2. Where is the Pixoul located?
Pixoul Gaming is one of the 11 anchors in Al Qana Project, a 2.4km social dining and entertainment waterfront destination in Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street, Rabdan Area, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
3. What are your opening hours?

4. What are the vaccination or PCR testing requirements for entry to Pixoul Gaming?
All visitors must be vaccinated and show a ‘Green status’ on the Alhosn app, and unvaccinated guests must present a negative PCR test that is maximum of 7 days old.
5. Are there any special discounts for students/teachers?
We currently do not have special discounts for students/teachers, but we do have educational programs & tours. For booking, please contact: education@pixoulgaming.com
6. Is the entry to Pixoul Gaming free of charge?
Yes, it’s free of charge. However, to play any game or to join the academy, a charge will be imposed.
7. How many VR games do you have?
The Pixoul Planet VR houses 10 different virtual and augmented reality games, including everything from shooters, and virtual roller coasters, to guided spaceship tours of the new intergalactic planet. Available in both story and arcade mode, the multi-sensory game is built on preserving the future city Pixoul Planet, which is under attack and calls for help from visitors.

9. Is there an annual membership?

10. Do you have access to People of Determination?
Yes, we do have access for people of determination.
11. Do you provide wheelchairs to guests if needed?
Wheelchairs are provided free of charge as long as a valid ID is submitted at the counter.
12. Do you host Private events?
Yes, Pixoul has dedicated event space; this event space is one of the largest arenas in the region with a capacity of 800 seats to host international-level competitions, equipped with a 78m2 LED screen and supporting sound and lighting system. Pixoul gaming is spread across 4500 Sqm and is one of the 11 anchors in Al Qana.
14. Are there any age limits at Pixoul?
Pixoul Gaming will cater to all ages. However, children below the age of 12 must be supervised /accompanied by an adult or guardian.
15. Are there taxi stops near Pixoul Gaming?
Visitors will have access to several taxi and bus stops around Al Qana.
16. How much time would we spend at Pixoul?
Pixoul Gaming will provide an immersing experience, with an average game lasting around 6 minutes. This is approximately double the length of knowledge found in other edutainment or gaming hub in the region.

Yes, Pixoul will have a merchandise store that will be accessible to both the Pixoul and Al Qana visitors, filled with unique gifts and souvenirs from the gaming experience to take home.
19. Is there an Esports bar at Pixoul?
Yes, Pixoul will have an Esports Bar that will serve a delicious array of food and beverage. It will be the go-to hang-out place for teenagers and gaming fans.
